EPIC (Empowering People in Communities) is a Hilltop-rooted organization that brings people together to strengthen community from within. Grounded in relationships and lived experience, EPIC connects residents, small businesses, and institutions to turn shared challenges into collective action.
Through responsive, community-driven efforts, EPIC addresses real needs—from food access and housing support to resource connection—while building pathways for long-term stability. At the same time, EPIC invests in leadership, supporting emerging leaders of color and creating space for community voices to shape the future of their neighborhood.
By strengthening connections, supporting local initiatives, and working in partnership, EPIC helps ensure that growth and change in Hilltop reflect the people who call it home.
